Morov

Nestled in the fertile river valleys of south-central Damara, and home to the capital city, Morov has always been an important player in Damaran politics. The current Baron was instated by the Witch-King Zhengyi in order to cement his power in Damara, and Dimian Ree is certainly a man of few morals. In his own mind, he deserves to be King of Damara (being one of three blood relatives to the previous king slain by Zhengyi, the other two being Gareth's wife Christine, and her father), yet he personally lacks the army needed to challenge Gareth's rule. He does, however, have close connections with the head of a local order of assassins. Capital: Heliogabalus (pop. 25,000)
