BAB+16 great Skills excellent range(15 range increments) just Point and Shoot...no equipment to worry about, and can use in melee extra feats.... can choose Psionic feats also
the key to remember......stay away from Melee, focus on Damage from Afar..... keep hidden(or Invisible).... be Mobile, dont stay in one spot
